ERMOFILOS system:

  • Was developed with the aim to raise the barriers and discrimination students with different abilities and requirements face (e.g., students with impairments, learning difficulties, neurodevelopmental disorders or severe diseases) and to provide adjustments for their equal access to knowledge, following the relevant legislative obligations.

  • Allows the registration of students’ activity and participation restrictions, so that they can then receive personalized services by the NKUA Accessibility Unit.

  • Includes a comprehensive suite of Web-based Services for all stakeholders (including the publishers) to support the entire cycle of conversion and distribution of academic textbooks to various accessible digital formats.

  • Supports the Volunteer Students’ community as well as the Accessibility Unit Staff Members.

NKUA students with impairments, learning difficulties, neurodevelopmental disorders or severe diseases: NKUA Students who wish to receive services from the Accessibility Unit will have to fill in the "Student’s Activity and Participation Restrictions’ Registration Form (ReF)" upon their first login.

Volunteer students: NKUA Students wishing to enroll as volunteers of the Accessibility Unit will have to fill in the "Declaration of Voluntary Support" by clicking on the button “Volunteer Login”.

Administrators: Staff Members of the Accessibility Unit as well as Executives of Publishing Houses found in EYDOXUS System.
